Quintessential tenets of our mission is to educate, challenge, entertain and enrich the community. The image we want to convey is of a strong, vibrant, diverse, community-minded theatre always reaching for new horizons.
Nonexistent art dollars have been cut back in our schools and it is crucial that children have the opportunity to gain artistic skills that enhance their feeling of own self worth. This is why QNEK continues to encourage our young people to participate in the apprenticeship program, the QNEK Scholarship for Graduating Seniors, as well as the Academy for Children in Theatre.
Become a part of QNEK's history by investing in our future artists.
Every Year I have seen what can be accomplished when a community, a commitment to excellence, and generosity of patrons and local merchants combine together with the artistic idealism of a theatrical organization - magic happens!
The creativity of all the participants is what makes QNEK the 14-year success that it is.
Enjoy the show!
